The staff were super friendly and always ready with answers. I appreciated the super clean and chic rooms. They were beautiful! Plus, the location was convenient with easy access to transportation options. I'll definitely stay here again!
The room seemed a bit noisy at times! I found that distracting. Perhaps additional soundproofing could help.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room featured all necessary amenities. I found the bed very comfortable and the space clean. Breakfast had several choices.

The room was clean enough. I suppose, i didn't find any major issues.
the lift was out of service for my entire stay, i had to lug my suitcase up several flights of stairs and down again. the staff didn't even offer assistance, it's just great.

the staff showed GREAT flexibility and assisted with our early check-in needs after our long flight from the US. I really appreciated the quality shower and the nespresso machine in my room. the heated towel rack was a plus, so were the big windows. the proximity to the subway made getting around easy.
i noticed a LITTLE dust , particularly near the windows. it seemed like a more thorough cleaning in certain areas could elevate the experience.
